The Vatican Gardens are located in the south-western part of the Vatican City, covering an area of 57 acres. It’s filled with an array of beautiful and unique plants from around the world, including cypress trees, olive trees, laurel trees and more. The gardens also house some of the most famous sculptures in the world, including the famous “Pieta” statue by Michelangelo, as well as other works of art by some of the world’s greatest sculptors.
